Walk-Shop Kick-off Events - Thank You!

1. ★A heartfelt thanks to all the folks who braved the cold and participated in our Walk-Shop events Friday and Saturday, December 4-5th!  Participants walked around downtown and took pictures during the  a Walk-Shop Photoshoots.  Collectively, over 100 locals participated in the events. Over 750 photos were collected and an important conversation has begun about the photos and the issue of walkability downtown.  Photos and comments can be viewed at flickr.com/photos/walkshops.  We encourage you to mark you favorites and submit comments.
   

Additional Activities

1. ★Submit your photos and ideas over the next four weeks, leading up to our next public event in mid-January. To do so, submit cell phone photos or digital camera photos to pic@wichitawalkshop.org with the photo location in the subject line and comments in the body.  Additional means for uploading photos will be provided in the next few days.

3. ★To include tags with the submitted photo, add “tags: [your tags separated by spaces]” to the subject line.  We encourage you to use the same tags used during the Walk-Shops, provided in the table below.  If you have questions, contact us at info@wichitaWalk-Shop.org.
